Some cars are at the top of their class because they are the fastest, most beautiful, and rarest cars in the market. However, if you want one of these vehicles, you are going to pay a hefty price. These vehicles are well-worth the price, but many cannot afford them. This is the list of the most expensive and rarest cars in the world.
Bugatti Chiron- $2.7 million
The Chiron is the world’s “most powerful, fastest, most luxurious, and exclusive production super sports car”. It has an amazing 1,500 horsepower engine and reaches speed of near 300mph, but it is limited to 261mph on the road. This car is simply beautiful throughout and happens to be the cheapest on the list.
Ferrari Pininfarnia Sergio- $3 million
There have only been four of these vehicles made so far, which makes the price more expensive than the fastest car in the world, but some would argue that this car was better looking than the Chiron. The Sergio has 562 horsepower, is 330 pounds lighter than the 458 Spider, and has no roof so you can feel the air while you are taking it on a swift cruise.
Lykan Hypersport- $3.4 million
This car tops out at 240 miles per hour and has 780 horsepower through the rear wheels. Its headlights are made out of diamonds, it has scissor doors, and has an amazing interior. This car surely overdoes it with the material and it explains why the Hypersport is so expensive. This vehicle was so amazing that it was featured in the movie Furious 7.
McLaren P1 LM- $3.6 million
This model of McLaren has only been produced five times and are currently all sold. This breed of McLaren is similar to the P1 GTR, but this model has about 40% nore downforce, weighs way less (60 kilograms less than the P1 GTR) and has a 3.8 liter twin-turbo V-8 engine, not to mention that it can reach 1,000 horsepower.
Lamborghini Veneno Roadster- $4.5 million
The Veneno is probably the coolest looking car on this list because it looks like a futuristic sports car or something you could launch into space. It has 740 horsepower and can go 0-60mph in just 2.9 seconds. There have only been 9 of these beasts made, so their resale prices can go to the double digits in the millions. The Veneno is made from carbon fiber, making it one of the lightest Lambos out there, as well as adding its speed.
Rolls Royce Sweptail- $13 millions
This is the only car on this list that is off the market because it was a custom for 1 customer who still remains a secret to the public, but not to Rolls Royce. It only seats two people and is based off a 1920s look that and has a super-boat look on the back. Since there is only one of these vehicles and much of the information was not given to the public, not much else is known about this car.
